To view my etsy shop, just click on "Etsy Shop" on left and you'll be redirected there.

If you want an item which is not currently avaiable or want a customized item, just request it to me, choosing your shipping method etc. I will then contact you in a few days.

To pay you'll need a paypal account. It's easy, quick and safe.
After your purchase on etsy you'll have to make you payment in max 3 days. (follow the procedure explained in the site, which is very simple)

I always do my best to package your items in a cute and safe way!!
I put items in a transparent envelope, bubble one and then I add a cute cardboard.

Packages are normally sent with "posta prioritaria" mail (airmail non trackable)

first item = 3 $
any additional item0,50 $


If you want a trackable package (additional, but recommended for big packages) please write it while you order and wait for my invoice to pay.



•  If you commission me a custom item, please allow me from 1 to 3 weeks to make your item/s, after payment received.
•  I will send you an e-mail when I'll ship your item to let you know when it should arrive.
• I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages.

•  No returns, except if it was my fault (example, I sent you the wrong item). In this case, just send me an e-mail and re-send the package to me (with trackable mail). When I get it I will send you the correct one. Shipping cost (when you send the item back) is not refundable.

•  When you receive your item, please let me know and leave a feedback in my shop (www.coffishop.etsy.com). A feedback is a guaranty for other people to let them know if you liked my items, if the shipping was ok etc.

I'm very happy of custom requests!
If you want something customised (colors, dimensions etc.), just send me an e-mail (info[at]coffishop.com, or through the contact page above)
If the difference is only the color, the price of the item will remain the same. If the difference is the dimension, I will tell you how much it will cost. If you requested a item which is not yet in my gallery, please try to describe it as best as you can. Before you pay I will send you some photos of the finished item (so if you don't like it there will be no problems)
