A feedback is a message in which you say if you were satisfied or not with items, shipping etc. It is completely free and helps me a lot.
1) Once you get your item, go to www.etsy.com e clickate "login"
2) Insert your nickname and password.
3) From the menu above, click on "your etsy"
4) From the menu on left, click on "feedback"
5) Click on positive if you liked your item/s, then write a message and click on "submit" (If you weren't satisfied with your item/s please before you leave a feedback contact me (infoATcoffishop.com) and I will try to solve the problem)
6) If you've bought other items, repeat from 4)
Simple, isn't it?
